Julian was so helpful with my battery emergency! I didn’t not have an appointment but he was willing to check my car and put new batteries in my key fobs. Thank you for being so patient and taking care of my 2012 Lexus!!!

I was blown away by the superb service from Earnhardt. I’ve been to a few high-end dealers in the Valley and, by far, this dealer is the most welcoming and friendly. Other luxury dealerships (especially in Scottsdale) give off a snooty “I’m better than you, I could care less about you or your money” attitude, but this dealership is simply fantastic! Michael Southern, my service advisor, was friendly and knowledgeable about my IS500 and the service I needed. He even took the time to provide me with information from another Lexus I purchased elsewhere, along with it’s service recommendations. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed or pushed into unnecessary service—I was totally at ease here. I definitely recommend this place for service and will be back when the time comes!

Michael is my service rep and is a pleasure to work with - Jesse also went above and beyond to track down a computer glitch in the Lexus appOnly negative is that it can be very difficult to get a human on the phone when calling the main number.
