Amazing experience with Nikolas! My car was towed with a blowout (on a runflat) crazy! He called me sent me the video gave me suggestions and seemed very genuine. The pricing was fair and the tire was in stock! Ask for Nikolas the service writer!

I know most people don't go to this dealership to buy a used Toyota, but I hoped I would be treated as well as their other customers. I was actually quite happy with my experience with Herb except for one unacceptable issue: my trade in! For some reason, the trade in amount for my old car was to be sent to me by check and wasn't taken off the loan amount. It is now 6 months since I bought the car, and despite numerous texts and calls both to Herb and the manager, I haven't received my check! It's not for much, but it's the principle. Herb, send me my check!

Damion Lawrence was excellent throughout the process. Clear and transparent about Documents and other requirements, and never over committed. Also, what I appreciated the most was that Damion valued my time as much as I do. He booked me for a set time/date to finalize documents, and I was in and out in 1.5 hours.
