The work was done faster than estimated and explained thoroughly I have nothing to complain about
Fernando was above and beyond with his customer service. Everything was great and He had a great communication with me on everything that was happening with car. My car was on time and so far my car is fixed on all the service that He mentioned. I will recommend this dealership with family and friends. Fernando was doing a great job like always. Great service! The shop was always clean. Service are on time. I can’t complain on anything.
Just a few days ago I got this car - a 2011 Honda CR-V EX-L. And Steven was good to let me walk in without an appointment. And he was Great to have people give it a quick look over to tell me what needs to be fixed. The only issue was I had to stay much longer than I anticipated.
Jeric is a very professional individual. His customers service is exceptional. I will most definitely come back for future service.
