First service. The service manager Mike was extremely helpful in helping us navigate a difficult service situation to our satisfaction. His integrity was kept us grounded. Second sales. JT was awesome. He kept us informed, multiple phone calls and text messages, about the delivery of the X3 we ordered. Even though the delays were not easy to communicate to us he was always polite, honest and respectful. We both, my wife and I, felt we were in great hands with JT. Unfortunately the deal failed due to issues beyond his control. Absolutely no reflection on JT.

Good experience with the all the salesman especially Michael and Jeffrey after having a horrible experience 6 month ago with Steven and his supervisor in the service department I was called a liar and told to never come back I'm glad they no longer work at BMW of SLO so now I can come back and buy another car 👏👏🚗
