My experience with Inside Car Guys was outstanding, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone having trouble getting approved. I went in with less-than-perfect credit and only a part-time job, but they still found a way to make it work for me when I didn’t think I had many options. Johnny and Rachel really stood out with how much they cared. I didn’t have transportation to the dealership and the bus ride would have taken hours, so they actually came to my home in Ventura and picked me up. That kind of extra effort made a huge difference. From start to finish, everything felt easy and stress-free. They treated me with kindness and respect the whole time, and I never felt judged. If you need a team that’s willing to go the extra mile to help you get into a vehicle, Inside Car Guys is definitely worth checking out.
Avoid this dealership! extremely dishonest. Every time I called I got a different sales person. I put a deposit down on a Mercedes SL, which they said was in excellent condition. Pictures did not show the true condition. Arranged for a pre-purchase inspection. The vehicle immediately ran out of fuel during the 5 mile test drive, gas gauge was broken, headrest motors were defective, heater & AC did not work, antenna was broken, radio did not work, washer fluid pump was defective & several other hidden problems. They completely misrepresented the vehicle. I called to get my holding deposit back, and the owner yelled at me stating I needed to pay a towing fee. They never sent a tow truck - they sent a guy with a gas can. I can’t believe dealerships like this stay in business.
