It was quick They are friendly and they were quick They are polite and respectful
We had an appointment.:date and time, which we confirmed and received reminders for it. A receptionist said, “Well, I’ll see if we can get you in.” ??? We did get service. Disappointed that there was only coffee- no vending machine with snacks. Liked that service tech, Joe, shared a video of the rims and tires put on our car as well as info about the locking lug nuts and where/how the extra lug nuts were being placed/saved in our car. Appreciated that the wheels taken off the car were bagged before being placed in the car for us to bring home.
Our experience was good. Good inventory on used and new cars at DePaula. Trevor was helpful.
