Roberto was fantastic in helping me answer any questions about a car and for taking me on a test drive. He was courteous, friendly, and did not pressure me at all throughout the process. I would love to work with him again!

I have been leasing cars since 2000 and I can say without any doubt Roberto has been the best so far. I have worked with him several times and no matter the outcome of the deal, he is very helpful and kind. He spends all the time customer needs to provide detailed responses. He is just awesome!
Roberto showed me and my husband a GLB , we did a test drive and took the time to explain the characteristics of the vehicle, even though we didnt made our purchase since the vehicle we were looking for (3rd row) was not available. He was very attentive without being pushy to take a decision. He even followed up a couple days after to see if he could be of any help.
