TL;DR: Ask for Roberto before you arrive. Respectful and genuinely helpful. We popped in on a whim and he guided us straight to a model that actually fits our life. Got his number, texted the next day, and he had multiple cars ready for unrushed test drives. I got to compare and understand. He worked the deal I needed. Here's a good tell: his recommendation from the 3 x options we had was the most sensible $$ choice. For real. I ended up choosing a pricier spec, but his pick was the real value. We had a good time—wouldn’t be writing this if it weren’t a true 5/5. Grazie mille Roberto!

Today I had a pleasure to have Roberto as my Salesman. He was patient and showed great hospitality. My wife and I are looking for a Mercedes GLE and he took his time to go over the cool little features at the new GLE provides. We still have a year and a half on our BMW lease, but we will be definitely coming back to Roberto.
