My wife and I are looking for a Mercedes GLE and he took his time to go over the cool little features at the new GLE provides. The dealership is beautiful and easy to see all the cars. So sophisticated that my trip to Arcadia from Culver City (takes an hour) was totally worth it. Katrin’s service is beyond imagination. I never thought that car shopping would be based on trust. She thinks of the customer’s needs proactively and focuses on my needs with her best. Mercedes of Arcadia was very professional, and upfront with all terms and financing. They had the car we wanted on the lot.
