Great dealership especially when you have salespeople like Bob Branic who takes his customers seriously.
I am a returning customer with Royal Oak Ford and am very pleased once again. I was provided outstanding customer service and Mason/James worked with me and answered all of my questions. James went over and beyond with helping me due to my unique situation. Coffee and water was offered and I felt valued during the entire process.
I would never buy or lease a Craplorer again. The MPG is horrible at 16.7MPG after 3 weeks. MY F150 did at least 21.5. Seat are incredibly uncomfortable and already my back is hurting. Also the new technology has some bugs, you have to fight with the vehicle at all times with the active 4WD. Just a suck car, would never purchase again.

Great to work with. They listen and make sure you get what you want. There is also very little pressure
