I was really surprised by how fast it went from the first day of interest to my beautiful BMW, being delivered to me. There was absolutely no glitches in the purchase. I was a little apprehensive about buying a car remotely, without the benefit of a test-drive and the face-to-face interaction normally associated with an in-person purchase at the dealership. I needn’t have worried. Jen, at Fishers Imports, facilitated the transaction with me brilliantly. Our new car arrived on time, looking better than pictures indicated. So I actually ASKED to leave this review because I am so impressed and thankful for Jennifer's transparency, communication, and effort. This was our first time ordering a vehicle online and we were very skeptical, but Jenn put up with my questions for months - responding immediately every time - until I finally got the courage to proceed. We got paperwork via docusign within a day (only 6 or 7 signatures - that's it), they confirmed our wire of funds within a few hours, then we got confirmation that our vehicle was picked up for delivery! Cannot believe how easy this was! The vehicle is exactly what we were told it would be - plus more! We feel so blessed and would 1000% recommend both Jenn and Fishers Imports!!

Last week, I had spoken with Micheal about buying a beautiful used suburban and ended up putting a deposit down to hold the truck. I ended up changing my mind and they credited my deposit back with no hassle. There was no sales pressure and everyone was very kind. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
