Very happy with sales and service people. No pressure sales and service personnel were very thorough.
Derek was our advisor and he made the process “quick”, smooth and enjoyable. We had communicated via email multiple times about a color/model I was interested in and responded quickly and answered my questions. When we came in, I was excited to see the two colors we had discussed were already parked up front and ready for me to view! I had expressed to him that I went to another Lexus dealer and did not have the best experience. He made sure to go over features and explain them fully. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and I felt more welcome than the previous location I visited. Thank you Temecula Valley!

Service was excellent. The parts needed for the repair weren’t in stock so my car wasn’t ready until the next morning, but overall it was a great experience.
Everything was great. Especially the service writer. Work was done in a timely manner with no issues.
My service writer, Richard Iv was professional, courteous, and was very good at explaining as to what my next service consisted of. Getting a loner car was hassle free, and my car was done in the time frame as promised. Five Stars all day long!
