Wonderful staff always friendly atmosphere. I will always go back to Kia of port charlotte to purchase a vehicle. Frank is one of the best I’d hi go my recommend.
Sayvon was great and easy to work with. We were assigned with another salesman and thankfully we got Von. We appreciate how quick the process went while we were buying a new car especially after driving 2 hours.
The Kia that I purchased ended up having no Floor mats, the wrong charger. And No user manual. Probably will not be Back.
My experience with Kia of Port Charlotte was nothing less than AMAZING! I had previous experience with another Kia dealership that did not give me any time of day. Derek and his coworkers helped from the moment I stepped through their doors and did everything they could to get me to drive away in my dream car! I couldn’t ask for a better team to help me through the process!
Had a large selection of vehicles with different options to choose from. Paperwork side of things was straight forward and quick.
The finance portion of the sale was a little stressful. I felt like the deal wasn't fully closed after leaving the dealer. My mom and I were contacted several times after to verify information that I assume needed to be verified prior to them handing me the keys to the car.
