Full of ilusion i bought a used vehicle from you!!! I feel SCAM!!!! 2 HOURS AFTER I BOUGHT IT ALL THE LIGHTS CAME ON!!! AND ITS BEEN 7 DAYS AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY VEHICLE IN MY HAND AFTER PAYED OFF!!!! THIS IS INSANE!!!!! Personal verry arrogant and negligent... missing lot of empathy and WORST POST SALE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Avoid This Dealership – Major Issues with My Purchase! I recently bought a Nissan from Lafayette Volkswagen, haven't had it for 24 hours, I discovered a serious transmission problem. Despite my excitement about the purchase, I was devastated to find that the car was not functioning properly. I contacted the dealership for assistance but received little to no help. Now I have had this car in the shop since last week needing to replace the transmission and I don't even know if it will be covered under the warranty, I'm praying and hoping it will be if not I'm out of a car and still have to pay for it. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would advise potential buyers to think twice before making a purchase here. **UPDATE AS OF 6/4-- 3 weeks in shop and still nothing is being done. Warranty is not covering the transmission bc they said it's pre-existing issue and it's now the dealership deal. Now waiting on them to come up with a plan.
Working with Anthony Turner was a great experience, he was very kind and helpful, probably the salesman I've worked with in Lafayette period! Kept it real with us and told us the truth. He got us into the car I wanted and stayed within my price range. It's been a while since I had a brand new car. And honestly I'm still in shock. I'm so happy! Thank you!
