In the 2 1/2 years of owning my Kia Sportage, all maintenance service has been done at this dealership. The service department has treated me respectfully, professionally, and made sure all concerns were addressed. Since I drive a distance, I wait for my Sportage while it's being serviced. I've never had to wait longer than the guesstimated time given and most of the time, service was completed earlier. The waiting area for customers is clean, comfortable and allows work space for those with laptops and tablets. The ladies restroom is clean and not foul smelling. There is a good assortment of foods and beverages to be purchased while waiting or shopping. I don't hesitate to refer others to this dealership for Kia service.
