I went directly to Mark as we had a unique circumstance. Everything from A-Z was handled properly and met/exceeded expectations. I’ve been dealing with Moe and his staff for years. They are top shelf and easy to work with.
Having worked in the auto industry for 32 years our expectations are higher than average. The dealership has kept or exceeded every promise they ever made. Concordville Subaru has provided the best shopping and auto purchasing experience we ever had, twice! They have made us life long customers, including fabulous service experiences over the years.
Well stocked, available salespeople who know their cars. Treated with respect and courtesy. Previous Subaru owner. Subarus need to figure out how to get high resolution radar on the big display screen considering how important diver safety is to Subaru and how impactful rain, snow, freezing rain is to your customers. Idea? Consider a weather app company that not only superimposes the precipitation and type along where the car is on the map but include a 32F isotherm so drivers know where ice/black ice might be expected.
