He was so knowledgeable about the business at hand. He inspected and drove my car, was complimentary of how my car looked and drove, and how well I had maintained it. After he researched the KBB value of my vehicle he made me an offer that I could not decline. He handled the transaction so expertly. He was even concerned about how I would get back home. He offered the services of RCH in the event I want to do similar transactions in the future. I will definitely take him up on the opportunity, without hesitation.
