I have been to Right Honda twice. First time was good but I didn't appreciate how we were treated towards the end of buying our car. The second time was for the oil change. and i just now called to make an appointment for my oil change. I notice both times I called they gave me an appointment but there were no warm greetings or Mrs. so an so thanks for you choosing our service and nothing was friendly. It felt like I was talking to a computer. I asked if she needed to verify you had the right person. She says, oh I know by your phone number. It doesn't matter its call customer service especially if they bought a car from you. We are human and should be treated that way.

Only 2nd time there had good service rep that I would ask for next oil change

Advisor Steven Russo was very efficient technicians were polite and service was completed in minimum time.
