Even though the dealership is under major construction the service team comes through every time and in all ways! Very pleasant to deal with and they actually care about their customers. Mark Phillips was very accommodating so that we could get our GV80 in for service before we took a vacation involving many miles. Mark is very thorough, professional and friendly. The service department handled the service efficient and effectively; in fact, it was completed in less than 2 hours. Mark checked me in and had the loaner ready which was appreciated since I had a meeting.

Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. While the wait time for my GPS to update was longer than expected, I didn't feel like I had been forgotten.
