First visit we worked with Adrianna to hone in on the right trim level for us. Very enjoyable experience. Next time we worked with Matt Oso to select a specific car. Short test drive went well. Ended up completing a deal on the new car. When driving home with the new vehicle we noticed a vibration at higher speeds. Called Matt from the car and we brought it back in. They jumped right on it and ended up swapping out all 4 wheels pretty quickly. Test drive confirmed the fix. They took care of the issue for me, we’re committed to getting it right, did not blame me, and the car drives wonderfully as intended.
