I enjoyed that Manny reviewed the checklist of the multi-point inspection results with me. The dealership also provides a comfortable customer lounge area where I waited for my vehicle to be serviced.

The staff are very courteous. They take the time to explain whatever issues your car is having, and what’s going to be done to fix it.
I brought my car in for an oil change and a brake recall on August 29, and the service I received from James was outstanding. He was amazing from start to finish, very communicative, helpful in explaining everything clearly, and kept me updated while the work was being done. James made the whole process smooth and efficient, all the work was completed in the minimum amount of time without ever feeling rushed. Everything was handled with professionalism and respect. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend James and the Northstar Kia team.
