I bought a 2023 Nissan Murano 9/9/24 from your company. I am from Wisconsin. James Davison was the 1st sales person I that I talked to. He requested a scan of my drivers license which I did right away. I wanted the car held for me to fly down and buy the car. I was willing to put money down. He won't do and didn't return my emails. The next person I contacted was Tessa McClure. She was took pictures of the vehicle and sent them to me. I want to come down that weekend. I sent my scanned license to her. She wouldn't hold the vehicle. She wasn't working the next couple of days. Next I got in contact with Matt Gillenwater again I had to send a scan of my license. He was willing to hold the car after scanning Flight itineracy. I told every sales agent I would put money down they didn't seem interested in that. The process on line looks easy but my experience was just the opposite. I shouldn't have to send a scanned copy of my license to three different sales agents. I think I as passed over multiple times is the commission(Pay) was low for that car do the car being marked down. You might want to adjust the commission structure in some way in motivate them to want to help even if the commissions are low for that car. Matt did a great job getting the deal done. I did give him a 4 out of 5 because as part to the deal he was going to send me a container of blue touchup paint. I messaged him about it. He claims he sent it but never came. I wanted him to send another container and get a track waiting but he wasn't will to do so. Thankyou for your time

Trey was awesome to work with! I called him on a Sunday afternoon. He answered all of my questions courteously. Since I'm in the Dayton area, Trey even went out to the vehicle on the lot and did a video walk around showing me the features and outside and inside condition of this vehicle. Because of Trey's great customer service over the phone, I drove to Ricart the next day with my trade in and bought the Kia.
