What Others Say

We’ll start with the good. Denise Epps was amazing. She was helpful, kind, respectful, and worked hard for me. The not so good. The men (Travis Jones was one) in the finance department tried bullying me into a higher payment for a vehicle than I was comfortable with. Then, had the audacity to ask who was paying for the car - me or my husband- and why my husband wouldn’t let me buy it. They asked why my husband wouldn’t give me X amount of money a month to pay for a car. How rude and disrespectful. They would have never asked a man that. Moreover, they marked up the value of a used vehicle and claimed it was priced below market value. They had the vehicle listed on the website as a higher trim level, but the purchase agreement and VIN was for a lower trim level. When I sent a screenshot of the market value (JD Power) for the actual year/model/trim/mileage, they acted like I was stupid and didn’t know what I was talking about. There are dealerships that don’t treat women like they are incompetent, just not this one. I was able to purchase a used vehicle from a different dealership and had a wonderful experience. I will never go back to Classic Kia and recommend you don’t either.

They will lie just to get a sell! Make promises till you sign on the dotted line, then they play the disappearing act! Horrible customer service. I bought a 2019 Kia Optima that had dog/cat hair all in the back didn’t see it till the sun was shining the next day, said that they would replace my rim that was a lie! Was told the car had an extra key, that was a lie! Lies after lies! DO NOT BUY A USED CAR WITH A CLASSIC KIA!

The service department staff, in particular Jeremy the manager, have horrible customer service. Returning a phone call even if you don't have an answer goes a long way towards building a good rapport. Being courteous and returning calls is something I expect but have not received from this dealership. I will avoid purchasing a Kia again in the future just to avoid this service department.

I’ve dealt with Kia on more than one occasion. I really tried my best to look past the poor service I received in 2015 when I bought my 2016 Kia Forte. The salesman told me that he would turn in my tags on my trade. I guess he didn’t because a week later my trade had a new owner and guess what it still had the old tags. In 2020 I had an incident with my car and again same thing. I just feel like they never had intention on repairing my car just getting my money. I won’t buy another car or use them for any of my service needs.

Jerrah Surratt went above and beyond to get us what we were looking for. The wind was crazy and it was so cold.....BUT, she sold us my dream car. Thank you so much Jerrah "Go Getter" Surratt!

I had a very pleasant experience at Classic Kia. Denise Epps was very helpful and very courteous. I would highly recommend her service to others.
