Very positive experience today with my service advisor, Colin. I came in for an issue with my Forester that was luckily covered under and extended warranty, and also did my regular maintenance while the car was with the service department. There was an issue with a service I had asked to skip because I had just completed it prior to my visit as it was a recommendation for the issue I was having. When I went to check out, Colin resolved the billing issue after the service was still completed anyway. I’ve worked with Colin a few times and he is great to work with. Very professional and great service. Also wanted to commend Subaru for their commitment to their customers and taking care of this issue through an extended warranty since the part that failed should last the lifetime of the car.
Brought my Hyundai in for state inspection. Everything worked out great. They even watched the vehicle for me.

We have to make a last minute road trip next week and today I noticed that oil change was 1000 miles late, so I took the car to see if there’s a chance to have an oil change with no appointment and they did it right away, with no issue at all. I’m always pleased with the subaru family, they’re always kind and profesionals. Great job Five Star Subaru Grapevine!
