Excellent Lexus dealership. Josh is a superb advisor and is very knowledgeable. He explains all recommendations and service suggestions in a clear fashion. I trust him totally and he communicates and works well with mechanics. The sales people are great as are all the people working and Lexus of Manchester.

Good service, complete and done correctly the first time. We had a billing issue that took several days to resolve, however part of that delay was due to the Thanksgiving weekend. I will happily be returning for more service in the future. The shop is a clean, safe, inviting place to go with many amenities for waiting customers (snacks, coffee, other drinks, internet access, comfortable seating, and even some work desks).
