I made an agreement to purchase a new 2023 Dodge Durango R/T. The sales person Joshua Negrete after speaking with Chris Olson the sales manager agreed to the sale. I have him my cc and put a $1000 deposit on it. I was transferred to the finance and that person raised the agreed price by $2000. I said no. Was transferred to Chris after a heated exchange with Chris Olson. We agreed on the original out the door price. I was again transferred to the finance guy and he said you got it all corrected. He then tried to sell me a extended warranty. I said no. He said I would get the paperwork next day. I did not. I called the finance guy and he was mad I called, and he said you will get them today. I did. As I finished signing and scanning them and was ready to go to fed ex I received a text. My manager needs to talk to you he has been calling you. I never received a call from him. He was outside the dealership cussing and mad telling me it was wrecked. He said he looked on the for the 3 GT’s to put me into one but they are gone. The R/T was 70k. GT’s are lower models. I then asked him to help me find another but he did not answer. Then I asked for pictures of proof of wreck. He said yes, as soon as I get them. I waited 4 days as it was Friday. I called Monday and asked again for pictures. He said I am so busy, I am only manager here. Doing the job for two etc. I will get them to you that was on the 19th of Aug. It has been 8 days and no proof of wreck. I now believe after speaking to multiple people including popular YouTubers that it was sold to someone else. They even got the form wrong as it is for an Audi. The stand up thing to do was not to sell it. If it was not, show proof. I am just showing everyone what happened to me and to stay away from them. Chris you begged me not to give you a bad review over and over, but you are not a man of your word. I told you that when we battled over the price. I told you be a man honor the word of Josh.
We were passing through the area and decided to pull in and I'm glad we did! Derek, Chris and Moses exceeded our expectations from the time that we walked in the door until we left the parking lot. We stopped in late on a Saturday afternoon and Derek was more than willing to show us the truck we wanted to purchase even though it would most likely require him leaving work late. We had a tough obstacle to overcome due to our trade in having negative equity but Chris (Sales Manager) and Moses (Finance Manager) didn't give up on us. It seemed impossible at one point for us, but THEY MADE IT HAPPEN! We were on our way home with our new camper and when we moved it to the new truck we realized the pin for the hitch was too short. A special thanks to Chris for helping us find one that was long enough so we could get on the road. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new ride.
