Thought I was getting 1.9 percent loan & got 7 something. Wanted around $400 payments & got $500 payments.

I purchased my car here about two years ago and everybody was excellent. Recently, I had to take my car into the body shop. I worked with Morganna and she was very helpful and everything was done very fast and efficient. The receptionist was also excellent. I just cannot remember her name. My apologies.
