Alex went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted. Everyone at the dealership was great!

The salesman and sales manager were very pushy when I told him I had another deal working with another dealership. They were still pushing for me to buy their vehicle. They even picked up a vehicle from a different dealership before I committed to buying that truck the financial guy John should be the one that is the general manager of the dealership. He is the one that actually made me comfortable buying from there Without him. I would have walked away from the deal completely due to the pushiness and overbearing of the salesman and sales manager texting and calling all day long. The price was subpar, but it was the only truck with the color and trim package in the area and they had actually went and picked it up off the dealer lot during a dealer trade With Ocala Dodge ram before I could make the deal with Ocala I had told the salesman I was speaking with Ocala about the truck They went and bought it from Ocala so I had to buy it from Gainesville. I think that’s very shady business practices but again I had to buy that one to get the truck. I wanted 10 out of 10 recommend dealing with John the financial guy if you could deal with him from starting to finish, I would say I would write the dealership a 10 stars out of five he is the absolute best Person I’ve ever dealt with buying a new or used vehicle ever made the transaction actually happen because without him, I would’ve definitely walked away

Anthony was excellent. He clearly knew how to respect my time and approach. Much better than the Jacksonville Tam folks. I will be a repeat customer.

Sales team was professional and helpful, they made sure to answer my questions and made sure I had a good deal.
