Been coming to Planet Honda since 2001 when I bought my first Civic. They always take care of my car & keep it running. I like to come to the dealership because I know I'm getting authentic Honda parts & they always let me know what's needed and what it will cost before beginning the work. They work efficiently & I don't mind waiting, since the lounge area is very comfortable & clean.
They understood our needs, and were super helpful. The seller, Michael, was very communicative, and guide us thru the process with ease. There was a hiccup with the loan, and Michael help us accommodate while things went thru. Will recommend and will go back whenever I need a car.
The dealership has always been very good to us. We have gotten many cars from them.
