This was my first experience using Baumans for maintenance after purchasing my car here and it was awesome! Super easy to schedule online, in and out service, loved the online payment option and text updates, they even let me know that some things would need replaced soon and what to look out for in the future! There was no pushing for up charges and add ons, no unexpected issues and my car was still running great after picking it up unlike other auto shops I have previously been to! Will definitely be back!

The online scheduling did not work as it should. For some reason my online reservation did not cross over to the dealership correctly. But they still serviced my vehicle
