Marko Ruci went above and beyond for a disgruntled customer and turned the situation completely around. I left thinking that was the most pleasant experience I’ve had in a very long time. Service like that young man gave will insure returning and happy customer, including when considering a new purchase.
Staff was friendly and efficient. The mechanic video was superb. It was taken and finished on time. Excellent experience.

This visit was such a pleasant surprise. The young man who greeted me and took my keys was friendly, polite and very service oriented. The young lady at reception, Saysha, went above and beyond my expectations. She offered to get a car so that I could go have breakfast instead of waiting another hour for my car's repairs. She coordinated a ride to and from a breakfast place and did it all with great communications skills, attention to detail and friendly professionalism. Overall it was the best visit I have had to the dealership in almost 3 years.
Please be aware that this is the 3rd time Mazda has polled me for the servicing of my Mazda. Service was excellent. BUT, this continued poling is a nuisance!!!
Our sales associate, Kathleen, was just fabulous - made everything easy and pleasant. Everyone was respectful and helpful. We love our new Jeep!
