Beware of this Dealership when buying a used car or truck. I purchased a 2015 Ram 3 months ago. It has been in the shop for half the time I’ve had it. It went in on May 3 to the mechanics, which turned out to be the transmission went out. We also realized that it’s not the original engine and the one that was put in is not 100% compatible with the transmission. I have spent several weeks calling the dealership only to be sent to voicemail. I started with the service department, hoping they would talk to my mechanic, going all the way up to the GM. Four different people, leaving several messages, and not one single call back. $28,000 for Truck, $1,450 in car & truck rentals, $1,000 spent previously for truck repairs $400/mo for loan and extended warranty (which won’t pay for repair) and only being able to use it 50% of the time since I purchased it. NOT a good deal and HORRIBLE customer service.
