I needed an oil change but life is so busy that it's really hard to get in to get this sort of thing taken care of. Pat Milliken made it super easy to schedule my service right from my Ford app. They sent a driver to pick up my Explorer from my driveway, take it to the dealership, provide the works and then bring it back to me when it was done. It was so easy, so fast, and so helpful. I'll never get an oil change done any other way again!
