They have serviced my EV6 from the time I purchased it. They always show great concern for the customer and the vehicle, Nick Palumbo was proactive in communicating where they are in the process of the service event.

My experience wasn’t horrible, the dealership happened to have the vehicle I was shopping for. Contacted the day before the verify it was still available. The price listed online was accurate with the price onsite. The day of purchase, I called 2-3 hours ahead just to give a heads up that I was en route. Upon starting the car, a maintenance light appeared, and the sales rep stated that it wasn’t on there before my arrival and that they couldn’t fix it. Three of the tires are bald and only one key fob, but the rep guaranteed that they were going to get a second one made. The car was fairly clean but a detail prior to my arrival would’ve been nice. Overall my experience wasn’t horrible and could’ve been a lot worse, it’s just unsettling that I have to put more money into the car.
