What Others Say

Miguel is the best service agent. I appreciate the video assessment. Why do I have to write 15 words. Let the customer write what they want to write. You should not put limits on the amount of words a customer wants to write. If they just say excellent with an exclamation point. That should be sufficient.

Service was terrific - fast and totally thorough. Serik Davidson was very professional and very attentive.

Overall, a good experience with very friendly and helpful service department staff. My only only real feedback is that they should be careful to test and confirm that the thing they are addressing is fully fixed before returning the vehicle. I came in to have a cracked side-view mirror replaced, which they did very quickly, and they also game my car a complimentary car wash, which was much appreciated. When I pulled off of the lot, however, I realized that the mirror controls weren't working, so I had to turn around and come back so that they could fix it. That only took a few more mins, but seems like something they could have easily determined if they had tested their fix before returning the car. Still, this was a better experience than we have had with this service department in the past and they were very supportive and responsive, so I'm optimistic that things are heading in the right direction and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

ANDREW ROSLER was the Service Advisor who I worked with on 12/09/2025. My appointment was for 7:30 AM. I arrived a little earlier and the service dept was already open and was greeted by a service attendant with a tablet, who took some pictures or video of my vehicle. This new process is effective; it saves some time when dealing with the service Advisor. Andrew is professional, communicated well and provided good service. He informed me that Service Dept will text a video of the multi-point-inspection while I am waiting in the lobby, to keep me updated on the status of my car, and to be informed of their recommendations. The service was done quickly, shorter period compared to past visits. Also, happy that I received free car wash this time; it was not available in my other visits.

Disappointed that Mazda Culver City first took away the free car wash on Monday for customers who purchased their cars there. Now I came to find out that when you go do maintenance service, they also only offer ONE WAY trip Lyft. As if you leave the location, come back to pick up your vehicle on your own, OR stay at the dealership for HOURS waiting. (Loaner car is not available for regular service customers) There’s basically no perks buying a car at this dealership. I’d recommend looking else where to get a better deal if you’re in the market for a car. Otherwise the maintenance service itself was fine. Mechanics will send you videos of what they checked and it’s pretty clear. It’s the dealership itself is the letdown.

Richard and the Mazda team has consistently been great! Great customer service, efficient and thorough, and great communication throughout the process.
