Christian was an outstanding salesman , he had me sold and convinced this was the durango for me.

I took my Jeep Wrangler to Parkway for a brake issue thinking I had a caliper problem. The Jeep pulled hard to the left when braking. The technicians discovered that my problem was being caused by faulty brake lines and that the caliper I thought was bad was actually in great working order! I would have never found this problem in my own garage, these guys know their stuff! Who'd have thunk it? There was one disappointment I encountered where the service department was so backed up (not really their fault, everyone likes Parkway) it ended up taking another day longer to repair and being without my Jeep an extra day was very inconvenient. It was April 20th 2022 when I picked up my Jeep with the work completed. When I approached the service manager and told him about my disappointment with the time it took and suggested my own solution to him to make up for the delay, he accommodated me immediately with a smile, a handshake, and thanked me for giving him a solution along with my complaint that would result in my complete satisfaction with my experience. He really appreciated my amiable attitude and was happy he did not have to try to come up with a solution to satisfy me on his own. On the drive home the braking system performed flawlessly! Thank You Parkway! From my whole experience I would recommend Parkway to anyone and everyone for their service needs and I will definitely be returning next time my Jeep needs any work at all.

I've purchase or leased a few vehicles from this dealership in the last 10 years. They aren't perfect, but I've always gotten good service from the sales staff. A quality local dealership that isn't corporate.

Parkway sells used cars with tampered tires. The tires had the DOT serial numbers cut off the inside of the tires, and were found dry rotted within 6 months. UPDATE: After posting my reviews the manager contacted me and we were able to work the issue to satisfaction.

Doug Chambers is a great salesperson to deal with and would definitely purchase another vehicle from him in the future! He was very accommodating in every way!
