The service agent asked me if I wanted my car washed when I picked it up, and I said yes, but it had not been washed when I came to get it. The rear view mirror also still had the tag hanging from it, and the paper in the foot well was still there. I was told the car would be ready at 5:30, but I had to wait 10 minutes when I got there. These are small things, but noticeably unprofessional, in my opinion.
