I pulled in and parked. I was greeted by Chris and felt absolutely no pressure. I like that. Chris showed me several variations of the model I was looking for and again no pressure. We took one for a ride and he showed me several of the features. They checked out my trade and gave some numbers I could think over. I liked that. Brought my wife back the next morning and she picked the color she liked best.
Dealership was fair, I don't like going back and forth with financing. Most customers would appreciate bottom line, if you can then do it if you can't the go somewhere else. Aaron wasn't there for purchase but made sure that I had pertinent information to decide on purchase. Video chat was kicker
Matt and the rest of the staff were very helpful and professional. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable with all the new features on my 2026 Equinox.
