I can't really decide if I'm happy with this service department because I have only used them for annual oil and inspections, so 4 times in 4 years. What somewhat bothers me though is I never walk away truly understanding my very expensive warranties I purchased. It feels somewhat like I walked away from a timeshare presentation. In 2025 I asked for wiper blades because they were 3 years old, streaking and listed on my expensive service plan but was told not covered. When I complained in my survey I got a call to come back for wiper blades. Wasn't driving a two hour round trip for wiper blades they should have handled when I asked. This year I asked to have a rattle looked at as well as complained about poor apple CarPlay connectivity. Turns out my 4 years of service plan was expiring in 3 days and I was encouraged to bring the car back later due to the amount of time it might take to locate a rattle. But when I come back, out of warranty so hourly rates apply. Forget it, I'll fix it myself. I was told absolutely nothing about the CarPlay issues. I guess live with junk CarPlay. I can't blame the dealership for rattles and CarPlay issues but it would have been nice had they said "come back when you can leave the car for a couple days at no charge and we'll handle the rattle because we don't have time today to figure it out while under warranty." What I can say is now that my service plan is over, Audi will never see my vehicle again for routine service. This type of maintenance is child's play for me so it will be performed at home until I no longer own the car. Otherwise, despite a few gripes, a very nice dealership, Willy does a great job and they have a very pleasant person making coffee who keeps customers lubricated and well-fed with ample snack treats.
