Great experience with the service department every time I go. Always kind and professional to work with.

On site technicians were great. However never able to reach out to onsite representative by the phone. When we call the number that listed on the website, someone picks up the phone and they said they will let service advisor know and call me back shortly. But never received the call back and it happens 4 times ( I called 4 times). I ended up physically visiting service center everytime. Onsite people are great but the phone call representative or the system needs to be fixed.

I was helped once again by the wonderful staff at Lithia Hyundai , I had gotten a vehicle in May which was totaled on the 1st. This team made the process feel so smooth and was so exceptional in everything they helped me with , I will always be a loyal customer I couldn’t ask for better ! After I brought the car the finance officer said that I didn’t have a bumper to bumper 30 day warranty. It was a certified car and my son was with before I purchased the car and my son asked if it had a 30 day warranty and the same Man hold us that absolutely it came with the car. I felt that after I purchased the car and tried to get some agreed to things fixed I felt when the deal was done the salesman didn’t give a xxxx about me and me or my vehicle. When I said I wanted to speak to the salesman he walked by me the three times and ignored me. I sold cars for the lithia Chev in the valley I was told that after sales I needed to see that I gave the customer as much care as during the sale. Please let me know if the finance manager lied to us about the warranty. Thank you.
