Courteous, friendly, caring. Explain all that will be done. Clean surroundings. Service rep carried on a conversation, just refreshing!
Tyler Swanson, my sales guy was great to work with. Answered all my questions, went above and beyond on getting what I need. Even came in to work 2 hours earlier than his scheduled time just to be there so I can finalize paperwork and take delievery of my vehicle. Felt no pressure from him to buy anything and was very laid back which I like when buying a vehicle. Finance team was great to work with and were quick to get me sorted.
