I always have excellent service. Every interaction either on the telephone or in person has been wonderful! I asked Rashad Khan ton of questions but everything is answered. I am very pleased.
We have been dealing with Lou Sobh Honda for many years. Their service department is one of the best. Never had a problem with a service. Usually very prompt and if it’s going take longer they let you know.
Exceptional service with professional response to tackle the problem in securing customer’ confidence in the work they put in. Also, our rep who took care of us helped us out with clear explanation of the problem and how we can solve and tackle this problem to secure the safety of the driver and the passenger. And most importantly my wife was able to go to work on time, because of the rental car offered by the dealership. Gave us a wonderful deal and helped us get back on the road real fast. We enjoyed the whole process big thanks to Talin.
Went for oil change and tire rotation. Got status link which never updated the status. Multi point inspection was not shared. Took more than 2.30 hours. Complimentary wash was not cleaning anything at all. Overall it seems that they rushed to move the vehicle out without doing everything as per the process.
