Very poor Customer Service, Repair Department. #1 Girls in the Service office couldn't be bothered, like I was taking them away from their busy time talking story, that was the 1st time. #2 Had to do my own customer service follow up if parts were in yet for the repair, when they clearly said, "we'll call you"; but didn't mean it obviously as they did not. #3 Had appt, and like deer in headlights "what?; why you here?" bad experience, bummer I'm forced to deal with them because of factory warranty's.
Chad is a very professional customer service Rep for Honolulu Ford. Made us feel empowered with his knowledge of service. We are happy he informed us about needing rear window wiper, oil change and battery needs to be changed soon. Thank you
