Calder was very friendly and helpful when buying the truck I was looking at. He felt more like a friend than a car salesman. The finance team was also very friendly and helpful. We didn’t take an overly long time to strike a deal and finance the vehicle.
Of all the dealerships that I purchased automobiles over the years, I did not return to them to purchase my new transportation— the 2025 Ram Rebel - the Ken Ganley dealership treated me respectfully, professionally and with-courtesy. I highly recommend this dealership to friends and family. A note about Calder - I would purchase a car or truck again from him. I am totally pleased with this entire relationship and experience.
Service is always fast and reliable. Usually takes a day or two to get in for an oil change and I’ve only seen them a week out at most which is normal for most shops. I will continue to work with Abby and Mark when I call up.
The Service Advisor, Marc McEwen, was professional and courteous. He followed the Lifetime Chrysler Warranty to the letter. Abby, in the cashier's office, was a delight and gave a wonderful example of what cheerful service means.
