Conner was very helpful in helping me find the right car with no pressure. He kept me informed along the way as the car was transported from another state. Great experience all around. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Tough call on whether or not I would recommend. The first sales person kept walking away, telling us he had to “help the Tesla customers.” OK. Not sure why we didn’t get assigned to someone else – there were people sitting around. Eventually, that guy’s shift ended, or he went to lunch, and another sales person was so helpful that he even showed us how to work the jack in case of a flat tire. The bigger issue is that all four tires had minimal tread and we asked for replacements as part of the sales deal. They said “yes, we can replace tires because two of them are cracked.” I didn’t catch that they were only offering to replace two of the tires. Whatever. Can we get that done at a Carmax location closer to us? Sure! Only it took four weeks, and reaching back out to the sales team, twice, to get the service department at the other Carmax to respond. So the tires are “on the schedule to be replaced” six weeks after the purchase date. At this point, I’m not sure whether I would like to return the vehicle and just say forget about it, or buy a set of four tires from a place that I know will service them if there’s an issue- since I’m still going to have to purchase two new tires anyway. And in the meantime, my child is driving on low tread.
This whole experience was wonderful. Tyler helped me get the car I wanted and made the whole process enjoyable.
