Never worked with or met Luke Jordan to my knowledge so I have no opinion. Working with Connor was as good or better than you could expect. He was very friendly and efficient. He offered some options and add-ons but was not pushy in the least. Several years ago, I worked with their service department, and they were very good. They were always friendly and courteous. I would recommend Mills Honda to anyone looking for a Honda.
