Bought our 2024 bronco sport last year from Eli and not only did we get the best deal but we were treated super nice and the whole experience was easy, non stressful or pushy. Our first oil change was done at the express lane a few weeks ago and it went flawlessly. The whole staff was super friendly and helpful. I was originally told it would take 2 hours but it was finished in an hour and fifteen minutes. I do think that’s a little long for an oil change but they have two amazing waiting areas with really comfortable chairs and free sofa and coffee which is a big plus!! I highly recommend Northside ford for your new and used car shopping and highly recommend their quick lane for oil changes

Our salesmen were Kaleb and Jerry. We appreciated them not being overly pushy and listening to our wants and needs. They went the extra mile(literally) letting us take the vehicle all the way to our house to make sure it would fit in our garage. They took extra time showing us how all the bells and whistles worked. Then when we couldn’t remember how things worked we came back a day later and Kaleb got Matt to go through things again with us.
