had the most awesome experience yesterday at Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos. I took my car for its usual oil change and I won't lie, my day started off awful and I just felt that it was going to keep getting worse, but luckily the gentleman that took my car for service made my day. He helped me save $$ on my oil change, transmission oil change and filters. I was ready to sell my soul but came to find out there was no need to break the bank either and on top of that, he didn't even take long with my cars repairs. I was wowed away. Now this is the type of service we are all looking for.
