Vadim did a great job as a salesperson, as did Kendall. Both gentlemen were absolute professionals and were willing to work to find what I wanted and was looking for. Sales manager was eager to help make a deal, however we ran into some major snags which I didn’t quite appreciate along the lines. First and most importantly was a “miscommunication” on the vehicle that they worked to discount for me when they could not find the one in the color no was looking for. This particular car was on the original pricing sheet presented to me which brought me to see them in the first place, and had a mileage of 12 listed but the mileage on the car they drew paperwork on had 3,700+ miles on it plus damage on the back bumper and had pant scratches throughout. When I questioned it, I was told the general manager’s wife used it as a demo vehicle but that he vehicle was still new because it was never registered. This hiccup led to me refusing to take delivery until they found me an actual new vehicle, which they did and honored the same price as the original deal. They had the other vehicle the very next day ready for me and everything turned out great from that point further. This is the only reason why I am not giving the dealer a 5-star rating. I don’t believe it was malicious or intentional at all, they made things right and do believe there were miscommunications. The team there were otherwise absolutely amazing and would buy a car from them in the future, especially from Vadim and/or Kendall who were absolutely phenomenal. Both gentlemen are great. Communication was incredible, punctual and very responsive. Follow-ups were very quick and sufficient. They were proactive in the search for what I was looking for as well as working to meet or exceed what other dealers were offering to make a deal and win my business. Both gentlemen absolutely earned my business and that is not an easy thing to do with years of buying cars and experience in car sales myself. Highly recommend sitting down with these gentlemen if you’re in the market for a new car and give them a chance to earn your business.
