Kayla explained what was needed to replace a lost key and key faab. We are not happy with pricing but experience was good. We will definitely be letting people know we had a good experience.
car took 5 1/2 hours. was told there was a tire in stock to replace mine but inventory was wrong. had to go purchase a tire and bring to nissan to change. kayla was great with communicating throughout the entire process.
Dropped the vehicle off for appt later that day. Kayla was friendly, professional, and reassuring they would get service taken care of.
Very pleasurable Really good service department although I do miss seeing Preston as he is a know and trusted part of the service department. Actually, he is the face of the service department!! He is a huge part of why I continue to deal with that dealership and no, I am not a friend or family member, just a long time customer that has built a relationship with him!!
